Delivery and returns

Delivery methods


We offer two delivery methods:

The first is to have your order delivered to the address of your choice via the Bpost* transport company. Delivery times generally range from 72 hours to one week, from receipt of payment. However, these delivery times may vary depending on the delivery destination, available stock or the season of the model.
*Germaine Collard will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the goods. *Germaine Collard cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery that may be caused by the carrier Bpost.

The second option is to have your order delivered free of charge to one of our 9 Germaine Collard boutiques. You will be notified of the availability of your order by SMS as well as by e-mail.
The delivery time may sometimes be longer depending on the frequency of transfers between our different points of sale.


Shipping costs


The deliveryis offeredin Belgium from 30€ d&39;achat with Bpost. 

Outside Belgium, depending on the country you are in, delivery costs may vary. You can check them in the following table:

Tracking the delivery of my order


In the case of a home delivery, once your order has been handed over to the carrier, a tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail, enabling you to follow the progress of your order.
The delivery person will pick up your order at the carrier's premises. The delivery person will come to the delivery address during the day. If you are not at home, the driver will leave a delivery notice and tell you that your parcel is at the nearest post office.

A shop delivery will not have tracking. You will receive an e-mail and a text message as soon as your order is ready for collection.



Returns & refunds


You're not happy with your order or you've changed your mind? Whatever the reason, at Germaine Collard you have 14 days from receipt to return the item(s).

Abeyondà the 14 days, we no longer accept returns. Following our refusal, you have 14 days (maximum) in which to inform us of how you wish to return your order. There are several ways to do this:
Within the limit of one return per order, returns are free for Belgium and Franceà with the exception of sold-out items, which are à returned at the buyer's expense. In the case of the return of a sale item, you can choose to obtain a pre-paid return label, which will be deducted from the refund (4 euros for Belgium and 6 euros for France). Please note that items listed in our "last chance", cannot êbe returned or refunded, under any possible form. 



How to return an ordered item?



Two options are available to you:


1. Either drop it off at one of our Germaine Collard boutiques
. 2. Or we can send you a pre-paid Bpost return label by e-mail, which you can print out and stick to your parcel
.
Once the return has been received and validated by our staff, you will be reimbursed via the method of payment used.

We will reimburse you within a few days. We will reimburse you within 4 to 10 working days of receipt of your return package by our after-sales team.
Attention : Returned items must be free of wear and tear, and shoe boxes are part of the product. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with all labels still attached.































Attention returns will only be validated once they have been received by the after-sales service. In-store returns are not considered accepted until they have been validated. In case of doubt, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected].

It is your responsibility to keep all documents proving the return of the parcel for our records in the event of a dispute. You are responsible for your return and we advise you to ensure that your parcel is well packaged to avoid any loss of an item during transport.

We reserve the right to refuse your return if any of the above conditions are not met. In this case, you have several options, the first of which is to come back and pick up your pairs in one of our boutiques of your choice, or to notify us that you would like to receive your parcel by post again. This will of course be at your expense.
